Sew Fun(d) Scholarship
At Our Social Fabric, we believe in the transformative power of creativity and the importance of giving back to our community. As a non-profit organization, we are dedicated to reinvesting any surplus funds into meaningful community projects. One of our most impactful initiatives is the Sew Fund(d) Scholarship Program.
Sew Fund(d) Scholarship Program
The Sew Fund(d) Scholarship Program gives free, brand-new high-quality sewing machines to young, aspiring designers to nurture and inspire the fibre arts community and encourage the next generation of sewists.
This program is for high school students in the Metro Vancouver area. Set up in 2022, we have so far gifted 15 sewing machines to young persons in our community.
