Returns
All sales are final. If there is an issue with a product you purchased, please email us at hello@oursocialfabric.ca with a description of the problem. We will do our best to correct any errors.

We make every effort to photograph each textile accurately to show patterns, colours, and textures. However, variations in monitor settings, upload speed, and lighting may cause slight differences. If an exact color match is important, we recommend visiting our in-person shop.

Refunds, Exchanges & Gift Cards
All sales are final, and as such we do not offer refunds except in the case of our error. If your return request is accepted, we may offer a gift card for the value of your order instead of a refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange or refund, please email hello@oursocialfabric.ca and send your item to:

Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
