Shipping, pick-up and returns

Pick up window


For online orders, we offer three delivery options: immediate shipping, cubby shipping or pick-up. Find out more about each option below. 

Immediate shipping

We ship across Canada from our warehouse in Vancouver. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. 

Once received, orders will usually ship within 10 business days. 

When we have packaged your order you will receive a shipping notification email with your Canada Post tracking number. Approximate Canada Post transit times are up to 9 days for national deliveries. 

Any shipment exceeding 30-40 lbs may incur additional shipping costs once the order is packaged and weighed. We will contact you if this is the case.

Sorry - we cannot be held responsible for any delays due to weather or transit difficulties. 

Cubby holding service

Our cubby holding service allows you to place multiple orders but combine them later for shipping. Read more about this service. 


Pick-up orders will usually be ready to collect within 10 business days. 

Please wait for the email confirmation that your order is ready for pickup prior to coming to our warehouse. 

Our pick-up window is open Tuesday 10 am - 6 pm, Wednesday 10 am - 2 pm, Thursday 10 am -7 pm and Sunday 10 am - 2 pm.

As we have limited storage space, please plan to collect your order within 90 days of receiving your order-ready email.  

As of December 1, 2023, Our Social Fabric (OSF) will no longer be able to store orders for longer than 90 days. Items purchased for pickup at our Vancouver warehouse must be picked up within 90 days of ordering.  Any orders not picked up within 90 days will be subject to a 100% restocking fee.  Exceptions can be made if the customers emails in advance of the 90 days to ask for an extension.

All sales are final. If there is an issue with the product that you purchased, please e-mail with a description of the problem. We will do our best to correct the error.

We make every effort to photograph each piece of textile to accurately represent the pattern, colours and textures accurately. However, variations in upload speed, monitor, display settings and daylight will sometimes distort colours etc. If an exact colour match is needed, you may wish to visit our in-person shop when we have a sale event
