Shipping, pick up and returns

 

Shipping

All orders are shipped via Canada Post from our Vancouver warehouse. We also have a pick up option available, please see below for more details.

Once received, orders will usually ship within 10 business days. 

When we have packaged your order you will receive a shipping notification email with your Canada Post tracking number. Shipments are collected by Canada Post on Thursdays. Once collected you will be able to use your tracking number to follow your fabric’s journey! Approximate Canada Post transit times are up to 9 days for national deliveries. 

Any shipment exceeding 30-40 lbs my incur additional shipping costs once the order is packaged and weighed. We will contact you if this is the case.

Sorry - we cannot be held responsible for any delays due to weather or transit difficulties. 

 

Pick up

Pick up orders will usually be ready to collect within 10 business days. 

Please wait for the email confirmation that your order is ready for pickup prior to coming to our warehouse. 

Our pick up window is open:

Tuesday 10am-6pm

Wednesday 10am- 2pm

Thursday 10am-6pm

You may also pick up on Sundays during in-store sale hours - see latest in-person sale schedule for dates and times of our next sale events. 

If you require wheelchair/stroller access in order to pick up your order please contact us at hello@oursocialfabric.ca for our phone number to call us upon arrival.

 

Returns

All sales are final. If there is an issue with the product that you purchased, please e-mail hello@oursocialfabric.ca with a description of the problem. We will do our best to correct the error.

We make every effort to photograph each piece of textile to accurately represent the pattern, colours and textures accurately. However, variations in upload speed, monitor, display settings and daylight will sometimes distort colours etc. If an exact colour match is needed, you may wish to visit our in-person shop when we have a sale event
