We offer free shipping on qualifying orders:

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout once your merchandise subtotal (before tax and after discounts) meets the threshold.
Please note: Free shipping does not apply to Cubby Shipping orders.
Shipping Within Canada
We ship across Canada via Canada Post from our Vancouver warehouse.

Shipping rates for orders below the free shipping threshold are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
We currently ship within Canada only.
Any shipment exceeding 30-40 lbs may incur additional shipping costs once the order is packaged and weighed. We will contact you if this is the case.
We can accommodate requests to use your own shipping label, but please note there is a $5 surcharge for this service. This fee helps cover the extra time and coordination involved in preparing and processing non-standard shipments.
Cubby Shipping
Cubby Shipping allows you to hold purchases and combine them into one shipment.
Cubby orders:

When you’re ready to have your Cubby shipped, we’ll calculate your shipping cost and invoice you accordingly. Read more about this service.
Local Pick-Up (Vancouver)
Free local pick-up is available at our Vancouver store.
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up. Please wait for this confirmation before coming by.
Our pick-up window is open Tuesday 10 am - 6 pm, Wednesday 10 am - 2 pm, Thursday 10 am -7 pm and Sunday 10 am - 2 pm.
Orders are typically ready within 5–10 business days.
As we have limited storage space, please plan to collect your order within 90 days of receiving your order-ready email. Items purchased for pickup at our Vancouver warehouse must be picked up within 90 days of ordering. Any orders not picked up within 90 days will be subject to a 100% restocking fee. Exceptions can be made if the customers emails hello@oursocialfabric.ca in advance of the 90 days to ask for an extension.
If you require wheelchair/stroller access in order to pick up your order please contact us at hello@oursocialfabric.ca for our phone number to call us upon arrival.
Returns
All sales are final.
As a small non-profit social enterprise, we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges.
If there’s an issue with your order (for example, if you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged), please contact us at hello@oursocialfabric.ca within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll do our best to make it right.
We make every effort to photograph each piece of textile to accurately represent the pattern, colours and textures accurately. However, variations in upload speed, monitor, display settings and daylight will sometimes distort colours etc. If an exact colour match is needed, you may wish to visit our in-person shop when we have a sale event.
