How It Works

Continue shopping and select "Cubby Holding Service" each time at checkout.

We will store your orders for up to 60 days.

Request Shipment

When ready, email us at hello@oursocialfabric.ca to combine and ship your orders.

Alternatively, wait for the 60-day period to expire, and we will automatically initiate the shipping process.

Pay Shipping Invoice

We will send you an invoice for the combined shipping cost.

Once paid, we will ship all your orders together.

Note: If the combined weight or size exceeds Canada Post limits before the 60-day period ends, we will contact you to arrange early shipment.
Fees and Policies

Service Fee: A $1.00 fee per order applies to cover additional handling.

Payment Deadline: Shipping invoices must be paid within 30 days.

Restocking Policy: Unpaid shipping invoices after 30 days will be restocked with a 100% restocking fee.

Extensions: To request an extension, email us before the 30-day deadline.

Q: Do I need a cubby if I am going to place multiple pick-up orders and collect them at the store?
A: No. Please use the pick-up option if you want to collect in-store. Pick-up orders should be collected within 90 days of purchase.
Q:
Should I pay for shipping on my final cubby order so you know I want them all shipped?
A: No. If you pay for shipping on any order it will not be associated with your cubby and will be mailed out without the rest of your orders. Instead, please send us an email to let us know you want your orders shipped or you can ask for your cubby to be shipped in the notes section when you place an order.
Q:
I have a cubby but I am going to be in Vancouver so would rather pick up my orders. What should I do?
A: Please notify us in advance to prepare your orders for pickup.
Q: How do I add items after receiving a shipping invoice?
A: Place an additional order with "Cubby Holding Service" selected and inform us via email. We will update your invoice accordingly.
Q: Can I share a cubby with a friend?
A: Yes, each person should place separate orders selecting "Cubby Holding Service." When ready to ship, one person should email us with both names to combine the orders.
