Holiday Closures and Delays 2024
Phew! 2024 has been a busy year and our team of staff and volunteers are looking forward to a little time off. Please expect the following closures and delays as listed below. Thank you for your understanding.
Retail store
Our retail store will be CLOSED on December 26.
The retail store will be OPEN as usual on December 22 (10AM-2PM), December 29 (10AM-2PM) and January 2 (3PM-7PM)
Shipping delays
Please place shipping orders by December 9 for delivery before Christmas.
Shipping orders placed between December 17 and January 7 will experience slower delivery times. You will receive an email when your order leaves our warehouse with tracking information.
Pick up window
Our pick up window will be CLOSED from December 24 to December 26 (inclusive) and January 1. We will have shortened hours on December 31 (10AM-2PM).
Preparation of pick-up orders may be slower between December 17 and January 7. Please wait to receive your pick-up ready confirmation email before coming to collect your order.
This is my first order. I can’t wait to get all this beautiful fabric and create some new clothes.
