Refund / Exchange Policy

All sales are final. If there is an issue with the product that you purchased, please e-mail oursocialfabric@gmail.com with a description of the problem. We will do our best to correct the error. We make every effort to photograph each piece of textile to accurately represent the pattern, colours and textures accurately. However, variations in upload speed, monitor, display settings and daylight will sometimes distort colours etc. If an exact colour match is needed, you may wish to visit our in-person shop when we have a Sale Event. 

Shipping

During periods of high volume orders, please allow 8-10 business days for us to process your order. Canadian shipments are sent via Canada Post. For a limited time, we are able to offer Canada Post Expedited Parcel (delivery in 1-7 business days).

Any shipment exceeding 30-40 lbs my incur additional shipping costs once the order is packaged and weighed. 

We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to weather or transit difficulties.
